Local roe deer tartare, chives flower, buckwheat & horseradish
Roe deer back from animals who live in woods on either side of the Small Strait, hunted by Saare hunters. We selected our produce on the ultra-local principle, i.e. animals from our own wild "backyard" whose deep red meat is full of the best tastes of genuine island forest. Coupled with fresh flavours from the restaurant garden and a little bit of crispness and spice. The simplicity of the forest and garden combination caresses the tastes and pleases the eye.
