Buckwheat is the “superfood” of our kitchen table which has a lot of useful properties. Domestic, organically grown buckwheat is worthy of attention.
Buckwheat has always had an important role on the Estonian table. We want to share the charm of this “forgotten” and nutritious produce with our guests.
A dish which combines buckwheat and local organic sprouts is a real flavourful health bomb.
